Relocation process

Apart from the installation of new equipment we also perform disassembling and relocation of the production facilities and heavy equipment moving.

Our services include:

• Equipment marking, taking inventory, preparation of documentation (if missing)
• Disassembling/dismantling of machinery, and electrical devices
• Dismantle of all supporting structures (platforms,etc)
• Transport to final destination
• Support in redesign and process improvement
• Reinstallation in a new place with all necessary modifications
• Full documentation of all relocation steps (bill of material list, layout drawings, P&ID)

Typical activities:

Planning:

• Consultation with client
• Determination of the scope of work
• Technical evaluation
• Preparation of schedule

Implementation:

• Equipment preparation for relocation – inventory, labeling elements and units in manner facilitating subsequent installation, supplementing possible documentation deficiencies
• Disassembly of devices and wiring to a degree enabling separation of the installation into subunits suitable for transportation
• Loading the dismantled elements onto means of transport
• Unloading the lorries at the destanation
• Re-installation (along with possible system modifications) in the new venue
• Tests following installation
• Final commissioning of the installation
